Book a visit

Step 1

Contact fiona@realartroadshow.co.nz with the following information:

1. Your full school name
2. Your school MoE or TKI number
3. Number of students (our cut off is 200 over the 2 days. If your school is small we encourage you to join up with other schools to make up numbers.)
4. Principal or DP’s name (please indicate)
5. Principal or DP’s personal school email address
6. HOD Arts’ name
7. HOD Arts’ personal school email address
8. PLUS HOD Arts’ cell phone number
9. The person who can give us after hours access (as we will often arrive in the late evening)
10. Their personal school email address
11. Their cell phone number
12. The name of best person to keep in contact with
13. Our rig is huge – four times the size of the Life Education bus and heavy! Please let us know if there may be parking difficulties at your school, or roading issues such as rickety bridges or really windy roads.

Step 2

Fiona will contact you and put you on the list.

Step 3

At the beginning of the touring year Fiona will again contact you with details of the itinerary.

Step 4

A resource pack will arrive at your school about 3 weeks prior to our visit.
