Feedback: A lot of kids were asking what makes art valuable. Consistent question. These kids liked and enjoyed the show. Quite a few of these kids had seen it in Wanaka or Invercargill on public display. These kids were showing their mates around the trailer. - 27-28 May – Southland Girls’ High School. Invercargill.

Feedback: Great show. We like the varied art works, something for everyone. Darren Glass, very original, positive vibes. We had 51 teachers in from a conference that was held in town, they were impressed and had a good poke around the gallery. - 31 May-1 June – Aurora College. Invercargill.

Feedback: Lots of standard comments, nice art, cool stuff, and things like that. Had Te Wharekura college in, they thought that this might not be their type of thing, "not enough maori art," but 45 mins later, they had a good time, found a few maori artists with good mana, and then found that some NZ art fitted with their thinking. Good selection, switched the light on with them. A good bunch of kids. - 3-4 June – Menzies College. Wyndham, Invercargill.

Feedback: Reuben Paterson and Allen Maddox, they are top fullahs. Its worth wagging class to see, truly amazing works. All the artwork was very unique and awesome. I like this bus cause it could give me some ideas for when I grow older and become an artist. This was a fantastic experience for all ages to see, juniors and seniors and staff. Students loved seeing the works they had studied in the flesh and relished at the experience they had with the mobile gallery at school. Thanks heaps and we look forward to your return. - 8-9 June – South Otago High School. Balclutha, Dunedin.

Feedback: Drama Teacher – I used the Big book of essays to get the students to choose a piece of art from the book to devise a dance routine around the colours and shapes. The results were nothing short of spectacular and was without doubt the most useful resource I have ever had .I did this before the trailer arrived and it made visiting the trailer the most anticipated event of the year. It is a shame some of the other subjects don't try to use this as a more cross curricula resource. Just Awesome. - 17-18 June – Bayfield High School. Musselburgh, Dunedin.
Visitors: 227

Feedback: A great school. The teachers were well organised. They used the resourses that we sent them to best effect. Every class that came in had a goal to achieve. The teachers had good rapport with their students. The students liked the artworks. There is still the standing question about Green 3 Black 2 – how is that art. - 1-2 July – Kavanagh College. Dunedin.
Visitors: 599
Feedback: Great school. St Josephs’s Primary came through, funny little kids. One well spoken lad could have read the book on Deadset II – his explanation of the artwork was spot on. The end of term for the school meant that it was full on with other happenings, but the students were fantastic.

Hopefully the wee lass has got access to it. - 29 March – Mackenzie College. Fairlie, Timaru.

Phil Leaning was overjoyed at student and teacher appreciation and would like us to return asap. Next time he will have a more detailed timetable available and his booking sequences will be improved. Kim would like to see us return and praised the resource being inside the school grounds eliminating the need to leave the grounds. - 12-13 March – Tangaroa College

Feedback: Would have liked to take the teachers through before hand (Emma DP). Talented drawings apparent in sketch pads of those classes that were told to draw their favourite work. - 16-17 March – Botany Downs Secondary School
Visitors: 430
Feedback: Would like to see this return annually. It’s so much easier to have it come to us rather than attempt to take a class outside the school... just tying up a teacher for the day costs the school $250 for a relief teacher to take that teacher’s other classes! Most of the art on display to me wasn’t spectacular and looked rather immature and unimaginative. It makes me feel like anyone could be an artist without effort. I think this is a good way to open up new ideas and techniques to art students and is an inspirational experience. Should be advertised more as well. I think the public would love to see it as well. I didn’t know about it before. Thankyou so much for this opportunity to get close with some fantastic art. The sketchpad itself is a work of brilliance. - 19-20 March – Howick College

Feedback: Absolutely amazing experience. Can I have the job for the South Island! Loved all the resources. Well done! The students loved the book and pencil, we loved the AO Teaching book & DVD TOP SHELF! Don was amazing too! Great stuff! I really liked how you displayed a lot of NZ artists. I think they really get forgotten when we are taught international artists and are thought of as boring. It was awesome to see the creative originality NZ has to offer. Very lovely. I found it very brilliant, clean and refreshing. The enthusiastic guide was great, his enthuisiasim was contageous. There is a really good range of medias as well. Interesting work; made me think. Maybe have an interactive display; a bench or two would be good. Air con is nice! - 23-24 March – Pakuranga College
Visitors: 556
Feedback: Teachers extremely impressed with the art works. Excellent student behaviour made it easy to bring through large numbers of students at a time. Pegasus Unit (Special Needs) kids really enjoyed the experience. Teachers commented that students remained engaged after returning to the classroom. Howick & Pakuranga Times took photographs of students in the trailer viewing the art. - 26-27 March – Edgewater College, Pakuranga

Feedback: Backup material extensive and beautiful. Loved the display and the mixture of styles. Why can’t you return each year? It’s a shame as it’s so hard to get to see such a range of art. The whole island is buzzing and I can now see why! Why is some of this simple stuff here? I can do better than those ones. What a great mix. - 6-7 April – Selwyn College
